Praise and Prayer Go Hand in Hand
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God..." (Philippians 4:6)
When we present our requests to God, they must be accompanied with praise. Compare Psalm 34:1 and 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Just as we must never cease to communicate with God, we must also never cease to praise God.
